Easy Tuna Souffle recipe

Easy tuna souffle recipe :

2 slices of bread
1/2 cup of milk
1 1/2 cans of tuna
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of mustard (or more to your taste)
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese

Soak the 2 slices of bread in 1/2 cup of milk until they are soaking wet. Then smash them up with a fork. Add the tuna, eggs and mustard. Add the salt, pepper and cheese. Put in a preheated 350F overn for 25 minutes.

This tuna souffle is best served with a salad or with corn rice.
