 Hummushummus recipe
 

1 can (8 oz) Garbanzo Beans
Juice of 1 Lemon
3 Tablespoons Tahini Sauce
1 Small Clove of Garlic, mashed
Salt, to taste

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until well blended. The mixture should be smooth. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. If you like your hummus more lemony, add some more lemon juice. That’s how I like mine. Serve with pita bread or as a dip with some tortilla chips or any other kind of bread you like. To serve hummus, the true Lebanese way, add some olive oil on top of your hummus
