Top 3 Nourishing Hair Treatments

Voila! MY Top 3 Nourishing Hair Treatments i want to share with you :

With daily routines of blow-drying/straightening/curling/spraying, on top of already stressful weather conditions and (hopefully!) upcoming beach frolicking, we’re always on the look out for something to quench our hair’s thirst. I thought I’d share a few of my favourite – and affordable – products with you to keep your locks in top condition over the summer.

1. Dead Sea Spa Magik Hair Magic Serum

Dead Sea Spa Magik Hair Magic Serum

This has become my absolute favourite treatment for parched hair. Although it’s the priciest of the list retailing at around £16.60 for 150ml (but available for £13.30 at LookFantastic – click the image to go to the site), the extra few quid are worth it for the results.
It makes use of hair favourite pro-vitamin B5, as well as nourishing coconut oil and sea minerals. I leave this in for 3-5 minutes with my hair wrapped in a knot to hold onto the product, then rinse out to reveal thesmoothest texture I have ever experienced. This also smells incredible – it has an almost nurturing scent, very soft and soothing, which lingers all day. Top marks from me.

2. Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Reconstructor

Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Reconstructor

This retails at £4.99 for 250ml and should be available at your nearest Boots. It lasts for ages, so is really great value for money. I love it as you can use it quite frequently without ‘over-nourishing’ your hair.
Again, this smells delicious with Australian Balm Mint extract. Using this quite frequently with fine hair, I tend to leave the product in for about a minute, though for thicker hair you’d probably want to wait 2-3 minutes. It does what it says on the tin and smooths the hair’s cuticles, making it really manageable when it comes to styling. Aussie conditioners seriously deliver without draining your cash flow.

3. Dove Nourishing Oil Care Express Treatment Conditioner

Dove Nourishing Oil Care Express Treatment Conditioner

Dove’s recent addition to the market is selling for the cheapest at £3.36 for 180ml. I received a luxury product sample of this through a tester giveaway by the company, and having used it regularly I think it’s great value for money. This conditioner uses a combination of non-greasy ‘nutri-oils’ and Dove conditioner to care for your hair without weighing it down. I used this in the same way as the Aussie product; while my hair wasn’t left as smooth as the previous two treatments, it was noticeably softer and didn’t feel like I’d overdone it. If you already like Dove hair products, this would be a great addition to your collection.
