Got back to my Uni house today and here’s what was waiting for me…
Very exciting! This is what the lovely postie brought round…
- H&M’s Spring Collection catalogue (great store for basics/when the purse strings are feeling a bit tight)
- My Marie Claire subscription (big love for this magazine; the free gift when I subscribed was the Inika foundation so I have much to thank them for!)
- An ASOS Skater Dress in a gorgeous wine red – it’s so cute on as well; great sale price and I highly recommend it if they’ve got your size!
- A La Carte Cosmetics samples – totally forgot about this! I had a voucher from them to receive 4 free samples, lucky girl! I chose face make-up and skincare; here’s what I received…
- Rose Dew Moisturiser & Make-Up Primer – can’t wait to try this as anything that can cut my daily routine with a 2-in-1 product is welcome in my beauty bag!
- Total Life Off One Step Oil-Free Cleanser and Toner – another 2-in-1, good stuff. If it’s oil-free and can get rid of eye make-up without a fuss, I’ll be very impressed!
- Skin Velvet Foundation – I can tell that this is going to be too dark, but the good news is they have 13 basic shades plus the option for a ‘My Mix’ shade – just send them your info and they’ll pick the right shade for you! It’ll just be a question of texture/coverage this time.
- Shine Illuminator Primer & Glow Enhancer – this looks gorgeous – I’ve already had a cheeky try on the back of my hand and can’t wait to try it! I love a product that gives you a glow. You can either use it as a primer or mix with foundation; sounds lovely!
At the moment it’s essay time, but watch this space for reviews!
